If your using at&t service then try this:
1. Name- at&t 310 410
2. Apn- wap.Cingular
3. Proxy- leave blank
4. Port- leave blank
5. Username- leave blank
6. Password- leave blank
7. Server- leave blank
8. MMSC- HTTP://mmsc.Cingular.com
9. MMS Proxy- wireless.Cingular.com
10. MMS Port- 80
11. MMC- 310
12. MNC- 410
13. Authentication Type- leave blank
14. APN Type- internet + mms
If this don't help you could try using and aftermarket SMS such as go SMS.
