Anyone know if this ROM has the unlocked hotspot?

The newest version of WiFi tether from the Play store worked fine with everything on auto. I was using an ancient apk, did not even realize it was on Play store these days!

I still don't think the hotspot works but there is no point even bothering with that crap when Wifi tether works perfectly.

Edit: i know this is an old thread but i flashed deoxed and it seems the camera is missing?

hey bud...I just checked my files & I didn't see a camera.apk unless it's named something else....my sons phone is currently not running the ROM as he had some games that were not compatible, he's still on ICS.

I was meaning to see if there was a newer JB update but it's look like there isn't, according the the google dev site:

I re-downloaded the 4.1.1 (JRO03R) image & extracted, I still don't see a camera.apk....I'm gonna flash it & see.

Hey Ken ... in Jelly Bean the camera is combined with the gallery apk.

Doing well ... waiting to see the new HTC One, and what Samsung will bring with the GS4. What are your thoughts, Ken? Any chance we could gather the old group back together?

my wife got the Note 2 just b4 Christmas, it's a sweet phone, I almost switched....luckily JB came soon after for the Evo, something new to play with.

I was considering switching to Samsung for my next phone, since they seem to be more dev friendly & HTC seems to be going the opposite direction. I haven't decided yet, I'll have to wait and see....

I'll be putting this ROM on my wife's ns4g today. Glad to find a solid stock/rooted rom!
