[Q] ODIN Fail + Can't boot .. Need Help

I don't know what happened but here's where I am now..

When I turn the phone on it says Firmware Upgrade Encountered an issue..please select recovery mode in kies and try again...


When I put the phone into download mode and try to flash M919TMBEMK2.tar using ODIN I get the error

I'm not sure what it is but I think from reading other threads I need to re-partition and flash the pit file but I can't seem to find the pit file. If anyone could help please?

3.0.7 it's the one I use all the time and never have issues. I've read elsewhere I need to flash the pit file and repartition the device but I can't find the pit file to download
