Hi I Updated My cm11 to new cm11 update 20140405 and then reboot and boot loop and no enter to recovery menu just enter to downloading mod.

U can try to use philz recovery..flash via Odin..
Can't guarantee anything but worth a shot..

This is how I recovered it.
Exactly had the same problem, followed the instruction here and was able to recover it and 20140405 is up and running again!

Confirmed.
Only flashed Semaphore 3.4.3 with heimdall, as advised in official development thread [NIGHTLY][ROM][4.4] CyanogenMod 11 for Samsung Galaxy S.
Did the job for me, therefore kudos to the guys over there.
That will teach me to read devel-thread before upgrading, hehe ...
