Vibrate on call connect not working

In the sound menu under settings.

I have that option checked and it doesn't vibrate on call connect. I also unchecked it and tried then rechecked it and rebooted the phone. No vibrate on connect...
I believe the "Vibrate feedback for calls" is for incoming calls.

Nope, I just confirmed, it toggles whether or not to have vibrate for incoming calls. Does your phone vibrate on call connect?
Mine vibrates when an out going call connects as well when the phone is ringing.

Hmm...that's odd why mine doesn't. I don't know if it is carrier specific. I have Sprint and I rooted and S-OFF on stock ROM.
I'm on T-Mobile on ViperOneM8 and also rooted & S-Off.

My phone will vibrate on call connect if the phone was not at my ear.
In other words, if the proximity sensor is covered, the phone will not vibrate on call connect. If the sensor is NOT covered, it will vibrate on call connect.

It should be noted, that I have the Sprint HTC One M8.
Are there any 3rd party apps that do this?
