help alcatel OT 983 semi brick

I have a alcatel ot-983 with a semi brick. It boots but during setup gives an error: "process com.jdrcom.jrdsetupwizard".

I've tried to upgrade by the alcatel software but says I already have the latest version.

Someone can help me solve this?

I've got the exact same issue. I have even tried connecting the phone through adb. But it keeps saying device not connected.

I'm hoping someone can shed a bit of light on this problem.
