My gripes with the N4 are mostly trivial: back gets warm quickly, HSPA+ quality is not very good, the CPU doesn't behave either--often it will revert to different clocks.

Samsung have amazing battery life on the note 2 I get a couple of days with heavy use ... I use to love htc but they have gone majorly downhill
