This is my Sense 3.5 port to our HTC HD Mini

Dunno work:

Video playing
Video recording
Headset button
Internet passthrough

Next release:

Fixed HW Video Record
Fixed HW Video Play
Grow userdata partition to 270 mb
Fixed something mistakes in kernel
Fixed Headset stuff
New battery driver(wait for qualcomm)

(Updated 12.05.2012)How to:

Copy HTC_HD_Mini_Sense_3.5_v_1.2.zip on SD
Unzip LK-Recovery.rar in folder
Connect device to PC
ATTENTION:AFTER THIS STEPS ALL DATA WILL BE ERASE
Start Install LK.bat
When Install_LK.bat finished work , start Install_Recovery.bat
Now reboot in to recovery
Install build
Have fun

just would like to know, i am already using cm7.2 (schlund's release)
how should i move all the data from cm7.2 to sense 3.5?

This sense 3.5 is based in gingerbread, right? Wich version? (2.3.4 - 2.3.7)
What means new audio librarys? Beats audio with stereo sound? Bluetooth audio fixed?

Ok, here's a little feedback:

First congratulation to this fast and super smooth ROM!
God damn, I love it !!!!!
I never believed to see Sense 3.5 on HD mini.

GPS for me also doesn't work.
Another thing which doesn't work for me is Wifi. It's scanning, but it don't connect to my router.
What i have seen, it uses fake MAC Address 00:11:22:33:44:55 maybe theres a problem with it?
Also i have an icon in status bar, that i don't know.

For your info: Mobile network is since setting up the phone not activated cause there is no flatrate on this SIM card.

I can not install this ROM
for the second time installing update is stopped at about 70%
I am now trying to re-download the package would not want that the first was corrupt

EDIT: after downloading the ROM again
same problem stuck at 70%

Back to Wm and flash out.nb again then install rom

No ,wifi is perfect working,about mobile data - chose internet point in apn

the battery seems not working good

i charged the phone to 100%, and i didn't use it for 8 hours, and then it dropped to 27%!

PS: I used the recovery+bootloader provided on this post.

Me facing the same problem too, cant download from Market, always prompt corrupted, any solutions?

unfortunately i think that the battery drains so fast , faster than the previous version of ROMs for example i charged it at morning and after 7h (about 1h listening to music and playing) it got to 5% .
the good thing of this ROM i think is the better performance and HTC sense 3.5 is awesome .

Maybe I'm stupid, but I can't get the installation done

What's the exact procedure?

-> Did have Schlunds Nand version and flashed it back to original Winmob rom, so that's my starting point..
What now?

You are on WM?
Make sure all fastboot drivers are installed.
Take the files from Schlund version to boot into fastboot mode.
When you see your pc has recognized your phone as fastboot device run bootloader.bat from unzipped lk.rar.
The phone will reboot then go again to fastboot mode (vol- while white htc screen appear).
Run recovery.bat and after reboot go to recovery (vo+ while white htc screen appear) wipe/format all partitions and install the rom.

I think battery drain is THE problem of this rom...
