Hmm, at the rate that responses are coming in, sounds like it might be an incompatibility with the ATT implementation. My phone on the Telstra ROM works fine.

I know that both Beats and DSP rely on the detection of headphones, something my old Galaxy S did not do on its stock ROM. Perhaps the two processes are interfering with each other? The Telstra stock ROM lacks Beats, so that's leading me to isolate that as a potential variable in this.

I wouldn't want to tell you to attempt to rip Beats out of your ROM, but it might provide some insight as to why this is broken.
Goodbye XDA, you won't be missed. Never have I seen a lousier Android community unwilling to take care of its devs.

Also, give me a refund for my XDA Premium app.

If you install the Apollo music player it will work...it doesn't work on the stock music player but for some reason worked with Apollo on dark raider Rom
