the only issue with lockscreen to me is that alarm clock overlay with other messages, looking messy.
maybe an option to make it look more like Xperia S is what people is looking for? I'm not sure if it's possible to add those visual options to the Cyanogenmod settings, so you could have both and please everyone.

Check in CPU spy if you have deep sleep working, if not go to recovery, wipe dalvik cache and reboot, turn screen of for a while and then check CPU spy again

wifi is fixed now , camera remain but shuld be fixed on next release
