I want to try this ROM, again. Question (even though, I think I know the answer): Is there a way to have a translucent notification bar back on the home screen(s)?

I can't answer your question (I'll leave that to benny3 or newboyx), but this has been my daily driver since 2.0, and it's really reduced my ORD. I think you'll Really Like It!

i dont have any plans for one but i do think there may be a flashable out there already. if not im sur if you ask someone would be more than willing to make one

Right on. Thanks, guys. Not make or break ... just wondering. Just something I love about Sense 4. So much so, that I'd be willing to even pay someone.

New flashable APM from one_love_420 and a CleanROM downanimation in post # 2

use a file manager with root permission to copy the downanimation to
system/customize/resource folder and enjoy

Just flashed the APM, looks great. Didn't test all the choices yet (I'm on call until tomorrow morning...), but the sound options do work fine.

ROM's settled in nicely and is getting really great battery life. Off WiFi for a good portion of the day (and this includes posting to XDA while waiting on line to pay at various stores... (shopping day) )

I just flashed this ROM before I went to work last night. This is what I got from almost 11 hours (see attached screen shot). Pretty horrible if you ask me. I'm wondering if the ROM needs to settle in or something. I don't ever OC my CPU's so OC is not activated. While I'm at work I'm typically a light to medium user (mostly SMS/Gtalk and Facebook checking). I'm loving everything about this ROM so far and I'm really hoping it just needs some time to settle in. I was rocking the Pokemon Charmeleon ROM for almost a month and I'd be right about 70-75 % after 12-14 hours off of the charger. I'm hoping to get the same results as you have in your screen shot!

I've consistently been getting excellent battery life with this ROM. I take snapshots occasionally, just checked, and one day last week I was down to 54% after just over 16 hours, with greater than average (for me) usage. Not too shabby...

I would definitely give it a day to settle.

I fully charged it while I slept this morning. Took it off the charger and it's at 92% after nearly 3 hours off of the charger. It just sat there, never turned it on. I'll try and let the ROM settle in.
