It appears that these downloads are a zip inside another zip. Unzip the downloaded file and use the file inside for flashing.

guys.. download from "AP Mirror 3" because that is thee only one that has faster download speed.

Mine says 5 hours. Downloading at 30KB/s =(
I could only get Mirror #2 to start, the others say the file is missing for me.

It got posted up on AndroidCentral, AndroidForums, XDA, and other places all over the net... probably got hundreds of people trying to download at one time, then again, RapidShare and uploaded.to are not really known to be that fast or have lots of slots for the same file...

I will just wait for the OTA, that way I won't lose anything...

on AP mirror 3 im downloading at 651KB/s 10 mins left.

It's pushed in waves, it could be up to two weeks. I have the RUU uploading to dropbox right now. 10 mins to go.

Download the file, rename is PH98IMG.ZIP and put it at the root of your SD card. Reboot into the bootloader (hold volume down and power) and it will ask if you want to update. Assuming this is the same as the other RUUs, you'll need to flash it twice.
