This Mod could be replace your current SystemUI.apk ( for Status Bar only ) and framework-res.apk ( for Fixed Lockscreen only ). Do a backup for those files, if you won't lost your current theme...

Download Files in Attached below, then Install it via Recovery ( don't have to wipe anything ), Enjoy...

Please helpppp!!!! I am.using CM9 build date 28-4-2013 with gellmar's sdmerge. I flash your 50% trans status bar and after reboot, every thing has been mixed! The language is not displayed correctly. The word is wrong. Example: it will appear "candidate" instead of "notification".
