[Q] tab 3 sm-t210 error with recovery and rom

and when i click yes - install untrusted zip its give me this error

also when I reboot the device and try to enter the recovery again I dont find the CWM and back to the stock recovery .


* I tried TWRP too but it give me same errors .

can any one help me ???
