I'm using Sandvold's ICS, gave my desire a new life, and much more usable with the excellent a2sd script. This desire is a great phone, and planning to use it till it dies, the only issue i had from the start is the lack of app space, but that's sorted now

For me INT2SD-S and im using Droidzone kernel #18 and its pretty much perfect, never any problems, great battery life, no FC, nothing. Its like my default/stock rom lol, i always go back to it.

Good to hear that. I had some phone freezings and bsod after 2-3 days of usage of this ROM. But I was on stock hboot and default app2sd. So looks like its perfect on cm7r2 and int2sd-s combo.
Anyway, iam on cooldroid revolution8.5 with sense4.1 these days and its absolutely awesome! :good: Yes, little lag but thats expected.
Yh im gona try that sense 4 rom, il wait for next update id say.

I'm on stock 2.2 , anyone recommend me any nice stable ROM? I'm not noob I have my x8 rooted flashed kernel and ROM... so I will have no problem with installing any Rom

Try InsertCoin-1.1.4. You will have clean, fast, stable, sense 2.1+3.0 Rom. I tried this on cm7 hboot + 1gb ext3.
Also I can recommend ReadyMade AIO-6.1.1(sense-3.5)

Coz its small (68mb) light, great battery life, fast as hell, 1 of, if not probably the most stable roms around to date and now has almost a full ICS look (if u like that kinda thing)

Cyanogenmod 7.2.0.1, but it is kind of boring to use 2.3.7 when my Nexus 7 has 4.2
Anyone who can recommend the most stable ICS or JB ROM? It seems that in most of the ROM's either the camera/video is broken, and if the camera/videos work there always seems to be a couple of other very annoying bugs.
I've also been on Sandvold ICS for a long time, but just had to get away from the bugs.

RSK Sattelite SuperSense4.12You mustn't compare sense .35 kernels with AOSP kernels. .35 AOSP kernels are really old, but a few of us still use them as we think them better on battery life and SD card trasnfer.
.35 sense kernels are much newer. It is not the same .35
You're going to have to live with your sd card speed if you want to stay on AOSP roms.1I'm using MIUI right now. I like so much
I'm using MIUI from yesterday and I found it really nice and smooth and fast buutt, there is a big BUT. I cannot copy files to my sdcard using the usb cable faster than 1.5 - 2 MB/s and it is really annoying. Before MIUI I used to play with supernova and copying to and from the sdcard was amazing. Up to 10 mb/s.
