Looks interesting , like the Desire Z , but I prefer mine all total matte black it gives it a somewhat sinister look :P
But yeah , if it's all scratched that is an excellent solution

Mines still half done it takes a lot longer than you would think especially around the volume rocker and other tight spots. It looks cool but set aside 4 hours

Have you disassembly the whole cover? Is there a high risk to damage the device?

the attitude on xda is essentially "yeah, we'll help you. but make damn sure you try to help yourself first, and thank those that helped you

All I did was take the battery cover off. The only damage you might have is scratching your screen with the sand paper just be careful or cover it with a screen protector. Once you get through the paint the metal is very soft, just avoid over sanding.

Could you make after you finished it pictures from the screen/volup and down, power and bottom of it? Will maybe try then the same

I will try that tomorow for sure. My inc s is broken anyway. Hope is just the usb port and not the motherboard. This way I will play with it a little while. Thx for the tip.
