Hi. Thank you for this great ROM. I want to give it a shot, but first, I am using a Stock Based Custom ROM, and I want to back up my messages and contacts only, I have Titanium BU, how can I back up my messages and contacts ONLY using it? And will it be compatible to restore in ASYLUM ROM? Thanks in advance for the advice! :good:

Yes it will be compatible. Look on TBU website to find out how to do it, its not a rom issue

I'm on build 25.09 for two days and this morning, I got a blue screen time (like Windows error), had the following options: downlod mode, recovery modeand bootlander, but none worked. After a tim, i push the power button for 10 seconds and did restart. Now it's fine. It has happened to anyone?
Can i do dirty flash (no reset to the factory/wipw data) from 25.09 build to 26.09 build?
Sorry for bad English!

No Problem here, I flash the 26.09 over 25.09 Build with little Wipe and no Problem.
Better you make a Backup and when troubles go back. When all is okay come the 28.09 Build in 2-3 Hours. Also sorry for my bad Special Austria English.

Hi Bangsti. How can you have flashed over 28th version if you flashed your other cm10.2 over 26th version . :)
Have a nice day. Keep up your work. It is great. You might consider posting your other cm10.2 for og on xda(here), too.

Like my days on Wildfire S. Flashed at least 300 times and moooore I think. On Optimus G I try my best not flashing to often because I want use it every minute I want, too. Your cm10.2 (the other one) is the lovely perfect in my opinion. :)

Yeah, Ive had it twich with this rom. Didnt have this problem with other Roms.

Hi, I just flashed this ROM yesterday, do all the wipes(system, data, cache, dalvik, partition, factory reset). All is working, data, network, etc. As a usual problem in 4.3 flashing with my phone, wi fi is detected, but I can't connect to it using any application. I really don't know what causes it. If it is with the flashable gapps, I am using the slim gapps included in here. In 4.1, 4.2 android custom ROMS, I dont' have this issue. What might cause this problem?

    After Asylum ICS and JB, here comes the latest 4.3 CM10.2 iteration of this small, fast, blacked-out and smooth Rom. This Asylum edition has only 150Mb - it's 44Mbs lighter than the official CM10.2.​

    What does Asylum CM10.2 have to offer?​

    Built for additional optimization and smoothness
    Unnecessary apps are chucked out, thus reducing the Rom size to 150 Mb only.

    How often will the Rom be updated?


    There'll be a new version as soon as there is at least 6-7 CM10.2 new merges, or if there's only one crucial change.
    It could be daily, or every few days.

    How do I flash it?


    If coming from previous Asylum CM10.2 or official CM10.2 and you want to do a dirty install:

    1. boot into recovery
    2. flash the Rom
    3. reboob

    If coming from previous Asylum CM10.2 and you'd like a clean flash:

    1. boot into recovery
    2. do a full wife
    3. flash the Rom
    4. reboob

    If coming from any other ROM:

    1. Copy Gapps and Asylum CM10.2 Zips to your internal SDCard
    2. Boot into Recovery
    3. Wipe data and dalvik cache
    3. Flash Asylum CM10.2 zip from internal SDCard
    4. Flash Gapps zip from internal SDCard
    7. Reboob
    8. Don't restore system stuff or apps + data using Titanium, it might cause issues
