Well here is one that will not be buying it. Sony is useless for updating the software and locking things down so we cannot root.

Don't understand. Sony is on 4.0, which not many other can offer. One of the fastest upgraders.

Sony were way late with their update. Asus transformer were first. Cannot root Sony s can root asus transformer.

The S's successor could be making an appearance as soon as IFA in just a months time. I would highly suggest waiting to check it out first.

I've owned a tablet S since just after its launch and while I use it daily, there is still plenty of room for improvement. I'm hoping Sony REALLY steps up its game for the next tablet so as to try and make a big splash.

If by prove pics you mean the FCC blueprint I already saw it...more importantly than spec I want to know the price... maybe if they get rip off all the gimmicks. Maybe the price would be some thing good. The tablet s was really expensive in his release

But because is kinda cheap right now... I was thinking to buy it preventing 5hat the s2 could be expensive hell

All that would really sway me would be proper ps3 connectivity. Was a real let down finding out that the tablet can do nothing with the ps3 yet a ancient psp can
