[MOD][KERNEL + LIBLIGHTS] Backlight Notification support for Pico

Today, I ported Backlight Notification support to Pico.
Patch has been floating around for about 4 years, originally made by neldar and akent

What is Backlight Notification (BLN)?
It will make your softkeys blink when you recieve a notification (useful as a replacement for notification LED we don't have)

What you will need:

Users:
Flashable zip for CM11 RC1 (power button fix included, may work on other ROMs too)

You can use BLN Control app to toggle it BLN on/off.

Developers:
Kernel patch
Modified lights.c (device/htc/pico/liblight/lights.c)

You can use this in your kernel/ROM, but remember where you got it

Hi galaxyfreak, im using CM 11 rc1 with an OC kernel (cody) - will this patch overwrite it?

Nice but for JB or plus users Gravity Box (Xposed Module) has this feature

Posted a link with fixed WiFi and S2W.
I'm actually running somewhat newer build than RC1, so @ateeq72 rebuilt it for RC1

RC1 zip - No, sense ROMs ramdisk differs much.
Ask ROM maintainer to recompile his kernel with this mod

CM11 RC1 - Yes.
Other 4.4.2 AOSP ROMs - maybe
All other ROMs - no.

You have to ask your ROM chef to add this feature.
