It's the same thing. When i run the df command, cache is shown as linked to sd-ext
At the same time dev/cache has a "download" folder in it.

here's some logcat stuff:

"I/DownloadManager( 1470): Initiating request for download 3
E/ ( 1470): statfs /cache/download failed, errno: 2"

Is there any way to disable the text cursor locator? I use Swype keyboard on my Mytouch 1.2 and it regularly gets in the W of any key near/around W.

I tried a quick Google search but I didn't really find much. Any help would be appreciated.

I have a G1 that had danger_spl (not compatible with this mod). For others in the same predicament:

I followed the instructions at http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=831139 to flash the hboot-1.22.0013d and radio-2.22.28.25 it's pretty easy and quick (installing android apk takes a bit if you don't have it though). Be sure to do a fastboot erase system -w and fastboot erase boot before flashing the the rom, though.

OP, loving this rom; it's way faster than cm6 was.

CMParts and Screenshot

i am having trouble with cm[arts and screenshot they just dnt work
when i try to go to cyanogenmod settings i get fc for process com.android.settings
and when i try to take a screenshot i get
error: /mnt/sdcard/tempshot.bmp (no such file or directory)
then i get
screenshot saved at null

plz help
also is it possible to get more languages in d locale selection
thnx

Sounds like you need a wipe. Also sounds like you did a data restore possibly from a different ROM.

yeh well thats sort of wat happen i was running cos-ds nd i just installed this over it
is there anyway of getting cmparts worling wiv out wiping cause everythin else is worling flawless less except the occasional restart which has happened on pretty much any rom i flashed
and the screenshot had the same error on cos ds it never worked for me

This ROM for 32A new radio

dw9906 recommended me to modify the updater-script to be able to install this ROM on my 32A Magic (spl: 1.76.2007, radio: 6.35.16.19). It works well!

Installation instructions for new radio 32A:
1. Download the ROM: http://goo.gl/SKqFE
2. Download this kernel: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=692735
3. Download gapps: http://cmw.22aaf3.com/gapps/gapps-gb-20110613-signed.zip
4. Push'em to your sdcard
5. fastboot erase system -w
6. In recovery (recommended: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1109027) toggle signature verification off
7. Flash ROM, kernel, gapps and SU 3.0beta3
8. Reboot :)

Only way to fix it is to wipe. This is pure CM. COS-DS has a modified CM Parts. Its way different. What you did shouldnt really ever be done. Its just asking for problems.

    Not much changed; however it may help with clock/time skew. (ie your clock running slow if your provider is not providing accurate time)
    (really 1.5.2 is 1.5.1 with this, the patch was missed by me and after I forked the 2636 kernel from cyanogen's 2635 base)

    As usual all the froyo/gingerbread ezgb kernels are listed in the Stand Alone Kernel Post in my ezGingerbread thread. They latest kernel is also available on rom manager.

    just changes from cm. i did nothing but build it. it may include some themes that my girlfriend made. crap.. she's going to be mad at me for that. it wasn't finished. have to fix that. taking down the dl link. will re upload later.

    here's the link. the old one is gone. if you got lucky and got the one with the theme, please don't share it. its still a work in progress and will possibly be a paid app. distributing it is considered distributing a paid app and you can get banned for it and/or contacted by the fbi. you don't want to go to prison do you? you can keep it, just dont share it.
