When you are in the camera app there is an "A" in the upper (when portrait) or lower (when landscape) left. Select it and you'll see HDR as one of the options. No third-party app needed.

Image-stabilization??
It looks like there is no image stabilization anywhere in the options. This turns out to be a problem for me while taking photos holding the phone with just one hand in less than perfect lighting. Most of them turn out quite blurry. I came from a Galaxy S II and this was never an issue with that device. But then the GSII did have image stabilization. Are you guys seeing the same thing?
