anyone figure out how to change the height of the notifications and quicksettings tabs in the status bar pulldown? they are so small vertically its hard to click properly..
you must be using zeus? I would *guess* the images all have to work together? like if you enalrge those you'd also have to resize the bg, notify bg, etc?

im not but what im asking is if you could change it through an xml or smali edit because the tab image is a .9png so somehow if we can increase the size vertically itd be bad ass..
yeh but for mac. this is what i do. i might try that tool on parallels tho thanksOr u can download this http://db.tt/hFWHNnEG xultimate d9pc 64 bit or this http://db.tt/gxtR0NpW xultimate d9pc 32 bit.
Pull folder to desktop and inside click on originals folder then Res folder. Then create 4 new folders. Name them drawables, drawables-mdpi, drawables-hdpi, drawables-ldpi.
Then take any PNG.9 and edit it with Photoshop or gimp. You can do this with out decompiling it.
Click on draw9patch.exe and once it opens drag the edited .9 file into it. Now to use draw9patch you have a few things to do. First there is a diagram of ur .9 file on the right hand side to see what it looks like. Next you have to put where you want the .9 to split. Do this by adding one black pixel to the top and then to the left hand side. If it needs to be split on two sides of something you can use two dots on each the top and or the left but no more than two splits. Keep and eye on the diagram cause it will show you what your doing. Then once that's done you draw a full solid line on the bottom and right hand side. If you can't see the places to put the dots and lines the is a slide bar that u can zoom out with to see the edges. Save once done.
Now take images and put them into one of the folders you created earlier. I have all four folders cause i edit more than just hdpi files for my apps but for evo you'll usually just use either drawables and drawables-hdpi. Once all edited .9 files are in folder go back to the first folder showing in the original folder and click on the xultimate-d9pc.exe file.
Click on done folder and then Res folder and find your newly compiled and fixed .9 files. Now move images to the apk you took them from and your done
Simple and easy.
Btw you still have to have android sdk installed.

You can pull and hex edit if you don't want to decompile
