[Bounty] T-Mobile Radio fix for HSPA+ [$446 raised]

oh no worries, wasnt sure if this was abandoned or still kept up with, is it possible to maybe put the $$$ in the title line, maybe attract some more people? haha
whenever and whomever releases the fix is up in the air. Yet, when the time comes, that's when we pay our donation to that user.
Oh i hope so note on tmobile would solve all our problems, but then there would be the question of selling my current note for probably a loss.
