Wait a sec.. is it possible that the "original" IMEI from the phone could have been restored through all the ROM changes that I´ve been making o because of a wipe/reset factory seettings and cache? Because if it is I could have bought a stolen second hand device wich whas reported to the different carriers here and they have the IMEI blocked, and somehow the guy who sold it to me managed to change the IMEI in the first place..

I'm gonna say maybe but i'm also gonna say unlikely.
Why don't you check if your IMEI is blacklisted or not?

Just to put my input in, It does look to be a stolen phone and it has been listed. If you have the box for the phone you can simply compare the IMEI to the box and see if it is the same and if not they gave you another phone. Other side is the person who sold you the phone stole it from someone else and the original owner finally reported it.

There is a few apps out there that will and can change IMEI but you will have to do some hunting around for them. It will be pretty tough to obtain one that will function.

I have to say, I am surprised your so quick at trying soo many different Rom;s with the possibility of bricking the phone. Unless that is not something your worried about. Well anyways good luck.

Hi amigazo! Maybe they have changed your motherboard with a balcklisted IMEI, those services are a pain in the ass, you sent your device to Multipoint? Send me a PM, maybe we can talk. I had a bad experience and went to consumer's defense, now i have a new S2
