Yeah, it is as if the lock screen was turned off even when it was activated.

So in other words, hit the power button and it just opens up to the home screen.

ok er god im gonna get flamed,, i dl the evergreen now esssh i see it in dl would not open? then went to files seen evergreen.zip.. poked it and it wont open do i need to go into cwm to install? if so bear with a noob what do i do? need a red faced embarressed smiley!

went to dl aztec theme and the purple theme, everytime i click link i get starting dl when i go look at progress it says failed,

also i went to dl the wall papers odd thing 1 dl no problem however it says install failed.

when i went to install others i get not compatable???? when i go to the dl it says not supported by the phone .

im using the ota update built into this rom, anyone got an idea on what im doing wrong?

Hope all is working now, and there will be a few more updates in the OTA over the next few days.

Yes. all themes are flashable in cwm

ok one more dumb question, when i dl the wall paper ota and poke the apk it says installing then says install failed. "side effect"? or bad dl.

What did you exactly download? There is the collective wallpaper apk, the evergreen.zip which flashable and single wallpapers. Can help if you tell me which one.

ok i think i have it all sorted "famous last words"

plz forgive im a uber noob when it comes to these roms, very first rom i tryed was zeus then went to ztr "had phone connection issues and batt loss with ztr" ntm bluetooth and pin lock.

went to this rom due to i think revelution link down "ya you can slap me"

any way i think i now have it all sorted out thanks for your patience and not beating me bout side o head !

it was collective wallpaper apk, downloaded fine went to install clicked it it said installing then when it finished it said install failed,

OK folks, admittedly, there is a bit of confusion on the items in the OTA because we have some things that are flashable, and some that are paste/change permissions.

We are working to make everything a flashable zip so that there is a single install method for all of these things and to eliminate the confusion.

chinefoo, if you downloaded the Collective Wallpaper apk, you will need to copy it to system/app and set the permissions to rw-r--r--, then either reboot your phone, or restart your launcher. If you downloaded the Evergreen wallpapers, it is a flashable zip. Flash it from recovery and you are good to go.

NOTE: we are at this very moment changing the collective wallpaper to a flashable zip, so if you are reading this after this post, it should be a flashable zip.

On a side note. The collective wallpapers are included in the original rom and the evergreen wallpapers are included in the evergreen theme so you should only need these if you are trying to use a different theme's wallpapers than the one you are currently running.

Hey ppal, I have a question for you. On the Aztec theme, the clear button doesn't say clear (or anything else for that matter). Is that by design? I could swear it was there yesterday, so I'd like to know if (1) I'm losing my mind and it was never there or (2) a gremlin stole it overnight and I need to go and figure out what the heck happened to it.

One last Aztec question (famous last words). The Google Search widget has a red box around it, not the gold that is in the OTA screenshot. Any chance of uploading the gold one to the OTA app for download?

Not a fan of Mongo toggles...but there is no reason that they could not be done in every color so that they could be used with every theme if one were to choose.
