[Q] problem with Phone unlock

Hi

Sometimes if my Phone screen are turn off.Phone wont react on any button so i cannot unlock, only black screen and no reaction... I try turn off by pressing power button looooong time but is not reacting..
Can somebody help me?

I think most of issues like these can solved by just flash new rom, have you try this?

Flash new rom or do factory reset
