it drop down from %80 to % 12-14 sunddenly after a reboot or crash
so is this because of my battery condition? or because of flashing roms?

3 yrs old battery is the root of this problem. Flashing roms may affect your battery life but it happens only when you do it too much.
From my personal experience I can say that battery calibration is more a myth than necessity.

There's a "Reset Fuel Gauge Chip" option in Dorimanx kernel and it stabilized my phones battery. It used to show 30% after a restart just right after i unplugged it from the power source:good::good:
