<meta http-equiv="REFRESH" content="0;url=http://xdaforums.com/showpost.php?p=25850954&postcount=199">

Features:
Based on Sensation RCMix 3D Leak w/ Dexter_nlb's fixes for hardware
Rooted (May be buggy)
Trebuchet Launcher
Removed MMS/Phone and Non-Working/Usable apps removed
Added correctly sized keyboard
Latest Google Apps
Nova Launcher

Since this is a port, here is the working/non-working list:

Working:

Wifi
Market access
Boot (obviously :p)
AOSP lockscreen
Rotation
Touch
ADB access
External SD

Non-Working

Camera
Bluetooth
Some settings panes (keyboard selecter)
Rotation is blurry and pixelated
HTC Apps not correctly sized for display

Installation

You must have followed this guide first.

Then simply place the file on your external sd card (the one you can take out) and flash it. Reboot, it will take some time but it will.

Stuff you may or may not care about (read anyways)
When selecting a book in the Reader app it is not sized correctly but the book itself takes up the whole screen so it is usable
Root can be buggy, sometimes it denies permissions
Over 500 MB Free RAM

HW Keys are in testing but right now they crash the system.

Credits:

RCMIX Team for the leak+ROM
HUGE thanks to Dexter_nlb for getting boot, wifi, and the others working. PLEASE thank him before me.
Gumby63 because I borrowed his updated script to use.
The Nook Color CM9 team because I borrowed their correctly sized APKs.

Please do not flash this and intend to use it as a every day ROM. You cannot take notes using the Pen, nor can you transfer files via bluetooth, capture pictures, etc.

FAQ

I use this at work/school. I use the pen/internet heavily/camera/bluetooth. Is this a good ROM to use?
NO. It is missing Camera, Pen, and Bluetooth and if you use it to heavily I would not reccomend this.

Should I do anything before I flash?
If you want. You can keep your data/accounts but some apps due to the OS change will crash. Also make a backup because you WILL want to go back.

Fix Camera! Fix everything!
See how hard it is for yourself.

Can I take this ROM and build off of it?
Why yes you can but if your going to change the font and launcher, post it, and ask for donations then no. If your a LeeDroid kinda guy (overclock, add 800+ features, etc) go ahead and base on it.

What benefits can I enjoy?
Latest version of Android
Bragging rights
ICS optimized apps+launcher
Stock lockscreen
All of the above
Pretty on screen buttons

Edit: Fail to download, all slot in use.. Can someone upload it to multiupload? Thanks..

Downloaded.
Lockscreen is super glitchy right after the first boot but seems ok now.
Using Nova launcher ( Included in the ROM, I use it on the Gnex).
Otherwise pretty cool. Might look into some of the mods from the Gnex like the colored buttons.

Looks like /sdcard2 is not being mounted or linked properly, /mnt/sdcard2 shows files but not /sdcard2

Since I have major need of stability, so I'm going to wait to try this one however..

Just want to say thanks a lot for the time/effort to all parties involved in production of this ROM.

Gives a good feel about ICS, I won't report anything since I was messing with the system files to see if I can get bluetooth and camera to work.

Thanks everyone.

Yes the Lockscreen will be buggy.
And I don't know about the /sdcard2 bug, perhaps you should ask Dexter_nlb (as he fixed it) but i think it is just vold.fstab not mounting it in /sdcard2/

If we had dual-boot like other HTC devices then maybe you wouldn't have to flash over HC.

sorry, i probably did mess it up... i was trying too many strange things and the build.prop was probably at a different stage than the vold.fstab :)

No worries, I took the build prop from your original backup and added the lines for sdcard2. I had tried this on my own but could not get the Vold.fstab correct.

Sent from my HTC Flyer P510e using xda premium

Yay! This looks interesting. Hope there's a stable version soon. After trying out ICS on an HD2, I want ICS for my S2 and the flyer. Hope this happens soon. Thank you developers.

I'll make a new mirror for the next release with the updated build.prop. MultiUpload is down, so is Megaupload, Mediafire doesn't work, Rapidshare has SH!T upload speeds and what not. Any suggestions on mirrors?

Alright guys, this project is officially dead. I realize some people used it even with Dexter's ICS port out because this was AOSP. Drew Garen has released a newer port and will have core features (wifi) working soon. Thanks everyone for feedback, helping out, etc.
