Default Recovery problem
I flashed stock using the one click way. Everything worked fine except that now I have recovery 3e, and can't install cmw. Does anyone know how to get around this?

Copy CWM.zip to the external sdcard. Go to recovery 3e. Choose install update from external sdcard and go to CWM.zip.
Opened CWM is touchscreen and temporary, only one time just for install custom kernel or root. You can install any custom kernel with CWM - for example Siyah 3.4.4 for stock rom nmswap.
Reboot and you will haved all.
