Wow, thanks for persevering with the G1 why have you used 2.3.32 kernel though? I would've thought at least 2.3.36 would be a better idea? Anyway, your choice, you're the dev!

How do I setup a CMTD? and the mtdpartmap.txt file? I have looked through the original blog post but still unsure how to setup and or remove CMTD. I would like to give it a try on this ROM as well as on BananaSandwich and BananaBread. I am just concerned about possibly bricking my device, I can't afford to do that as this is my only phone.

Which mtdpartmap.txt file?
echo "mtd 55 2" > /sdcard/mtdpartmap.txt

echo "mtd 90 2" > /sdcard/mtdpartmap.txt

echo "mtd 67 3" > /sdcard/mtdpartmap.txt

or

echo "mtd 120 3" > /sdcard/mtdpartmap.txt

How do I remove cmtd when no longer wanting to use it (Default mtd)?

Default Re: [Rom/Kernel][CM7/AOSP][2.3.7]CronMod-Dream (updated 09/19)

Change the .txt to whatever works, first number for system size second for cache, by defult the rest is data. Not sure what is best for this rom, maybe 67 3, depends how b ig rom is. Firerat says 2 is perfect for cache but I found three caused less issues. Probably want to bind mount cache if downloading from market er play store
To remove change to defult or just flash the remove script

I haven't seen a new update yet.

How can I install gtalk on this rom? I tried the apk but the installation fails and I have tried placing it in the apps folder with no luck.
