Default Odin on a Mac? Other options?

Been having some issues with my phone, even after performing a few complete system wipes. Read that flashing back to complete stock and doing it all from scratch, root, tasks Rom, gaps, restore, can fix a lot of problems.

I have a MacBook and don't have Windows installed anymore. Is there any way for me to do this easily on my Mac? A guide would be especially appreciate.

Thanks a lot

Heimdall should work, although you may need to build it from source

looks like either heimdall or mobile odin. if your phone is rooted and running cwm or twrp, why not use a flashable stock firmware zip?
