there is no link /bin/bash link, so a2sd script does not work.

ROM is great, looking for new enhancements,

1. use mounts2sd instead of a2sd: mounts2sd
2. Miui File manager: download and install it from here
3. Camera driver is broken, it seems the driver is missing

It can be used as a daily rom, but without camera

camera is working just u need to install THIS

themes won't apply. anyone else experiencing this?

The accurate way to apply theme in this build is:-

1> Run Terminal
2>Open it type su, it will ask for root permission, be sure to enable root form LBE Guard before typing this, remember and allow it...the $ will change to #
3>Now type the following:
mkdir data/system/theme
chmod 777 data/system/theme
4>Download any theme and now apply...100% it will work
5>Plz Hit THANKS if Iam able to help you.

Note:- Once a new theme is applied you cannot apply the stock theme as it is missing...See its showing 0 bytes in thememanager.

Thanks for all this but this rom is so slow and laggy.

Do you think update this rom? I hope so more smooth MIUI v5 rom.

Very nice rom, a bit sluggish but in general this is fine.

I can confirm than camera is working, 3g, wifi, gps, firewall (DND), audio, etc.

Absolutely no crash after 3 hours of playing with it.

Here i'm using an hboot of 260/8/168 with mount2sd.

I don't think that 777 is a good idea. You should use chmod 755 on this directory.

i think because of the permissions of 777. the original theme that was downloaded might be overwritten or deleted or what if the permission is set a 777.

While I am extremely happy with 4.2.2 CM 10.1, I still wanted to try this MIUI ROM. After using this for the better part of today, I can report the following:

a) Camera, installed separately - works ( not video)
b) m2sd installed. a2sd - not present
c) The ROM is slightly sluggish. Not as good as 4.2.2 CM 10.1
d) Nova Launcher makes things a little smooth, but again, not good enough,yet
e) Themes are back in business

f) Oh, And the lock screens are very sluggish. Not smooth at all

I am still using 260/8 HBOOT which is actually pretty fine., Will changing to 275/5 make this ROM better/more responsive?

Hum, here, video recording work, it's just really slow.
And the lockscreen is fast, no lag at all when unlocking the screen.

yea, its really slow which was my point. Anyways, I changed to another lockscreen and im happy with that for now.
