[Q] Sim Card not Detected?

Device: 1800 (US) 1/8GB
ROM/Firmware version:20140115+EnSec
Baseband: Moly.WR8.w1313.md.wg.mp.v4.p1.2013/11/09 14:19
Changes made to stock firmware (if any): Installed EnSec

Does not detect Sim

Steps Taken

1. Unscrewed side.
2. Placed T-mobile Sim face down, cropped corner on the left.
3. Replaced side.
4. Booted up.

Shows the X next to the signal. No different than before. Anyone have any ideas?

So inserted like pictured in the guide?
Did you disable Quickboot and restart the TS?

Nope, I hadn't. Mostly because I've never put in a sim card face up in one of my devices. Odd.

Thanks for the catch. I hadn't seen that guide posted previously.
