MUST get into *#7284# menu! Please

I am on 4.4.2 slimkat. I can't access this menu to prep my device for an imei repair for my best friend. My appointment is at 1:15 eastern on the 29th. He needs it that afternoon. What can I do? I've tried phoneutil.apk, which won't install, even by moving to system/app. I'm just lost guys

usually doesnt work in aosp roms, I never made that in aosp, is better if you flash an TW base rom. Make a nandroid, install tw base rom, check that the menu works, repair ime, BACKUP the imei this time. restore nandroid and everything should be perfect
