[MOD][APP]Camera.apk - Vol keys as shutter and Disabled Auto focus sound[Deodexed]

Hello Friends,

As part of MaZel II developement, I have modded the camera.apk. Currrently following two features are enabled.

Use Volume keys as Shutter for taking pics

Disabled the Auto-focus sound in camera

Procedure

Reboot to CWM recovery

Mount System

Install zip from sdcard

Reboot and Enjoy

P.S : Its only for deodexed

Its good that you enabled both volume + and - to activate the shutter button.. Kool man.. :good::good:

what i meant was.. we can use either of the keys to activate the shutter..

Yes Buddy. Some are right-handed and some are left-handed. Tats y enabled both

No Buddy. I will remove the shutter sound in MaZel II. You can manually disable it by renaming the following files in /system/media/audio/ui/

Camera_click_short.ogg
camera_click.ogg
shutter_01.ogg
videoRecord.ogg
cam_start.ogg
cam_stop.ogg

music button as camera shutter

I own a galaxy music... this device has a dedicated key for music playing. My question is.... is there an app or mod to use this button as camera shutter?.... it would be great thanks for the help!
