1 Wipe in stock, wipe data too
3 Use freegee to unlock bootloader and flash recovery. I use cwm
4 copy the latest nightly or stable 10.1.3
5 Copy the correct gapps. Different for 4.2 and 4.3 don't mix them
6 boot into recovery wipe data, system and cache. Skip sdcard
7 install rom install gapps
8 reboot and dont restore anything just signin without the option to restore files.
Now don't do anything just use the phone and see what happens

i have never used custom rom on my E975, i did on my LG Optimus 2X P990 but that's another story.
i had this error on stable versions and nightly's that's why i am wonderthing, if it's not any of my apps doing it on the stock rom, but only on custom roms, i dunno anymore what it is then
