A 2A port will give you Quick Charge. I'm pretty sure you can have over 2A on a port, and the device will only pull as much power as it needs. As long as the port is rated 5V, it'll be fine. It's 2A/3A/whatever available
, not how much the charger forces into the plug. Kinda like how a home outlet is rated at 120V and usually 15A; devices will need to be rated for 120V and will pull only as much amperage as they need.
