I've only added wifi & usb tethering to our tilapia but I don't have bluetooth enabled pc to test so I'm unable to add bluetooth tethering.
Hopefully someone else can chip in.

You don't have any other android devices to test with? My planned use case is between my SGS III and my Nexus 7.

AFAIK u can't use mobile/tablet as a receiver. I may be wrong though. I hardly ever use bluetooth so I'm not too sure.
So my test should be a mobile -> pc

I'm certain you can. I actually use bluetooth to tether my Nexus 7 to my Galaxy S III all the time. I'm interested in the other direction because my Nexus will work internationally, whereas my Sprint SGS III is limited to... Sprint.
So,
boot to recovery, wipe dalvik-cache and try to install again?

Rom is awesome, but i can't see option to add Toogle mobile data as a tile to quick settings. Why?

You can configure sound toogle in settings-system-quick settings panel-sound modes. Check at least 2 and it will work.

For all you folks who want Picasa sync, and abilty to view photospheres, I made a flashable zip and an addon.d script for this. It uses the stock GalleryGoogle.apk.
I own a grouper, not a tilapia, so if someone could please verify this works, that would be great. I don't see any reason it wouldn't, but I would like to be sure

Installation Instructions:
1. Download from: GET.CM
STABLE 10.2 LINK
2. Download GAPPS from: LINK
3. Place on SD card(internal storage)
Note: The latest TWRP(tilapia) or CWM is needed
4. Reboot to recovery, Install XXX-tilapia.zip, Install gapps.zip
5. Reboot and enjoy
6. For new Nightlies use the build in CM updater.

It was a pain and took me 2 days.. ( every build takes me 5 hours, every repo sync 30 minutes, and yeah.. the merging...i dont want to count the hours
did the first time an own device tree)
but finally everything works cm10.2 for tilapia.
Will upload the build shortly but my interent is so slow so it will take a few hours7
Thanks to @n3ocort3x I've resumed my cm builds but I'm not creating a thread here since my last tilapia thread closure.
Those who knows my download sites can go ahead and try.
And many thanks again to n3ocort3x for the tilapia device tree which points out my mistake in my failure to bring tilapia up.
