Thanks Dean....does your kernel says the same as mine in my screen shot? Some reason, ,my second core will not ingage.. I did a fresh clean install, ,gonna wipe and install the rom again..

Can someone make a flashable white right side clock with transparent status bar? Tiffany doesn't have this and morphology doesn't work right on 4.7..

Can anyone post just the kernel from this rom?. I am interested in trying it compared to Perseus on the ROM I am currently on to see if there is really a significant battery improvement. I would like to do that before wiping everything and going to this ROM again.

I had found the same result as you, then figured out I had to do something really hard core to get it to kick in. Do the same test, but start playing a video or running a map. Something that requires a lot of heavy lifting by the processor.

^^That^^
CPU2 gets taken offline for power savings when the load does not require it. Start up Maps with Perfmon running, and you will see CPU2 come alive.

1st of all.. Thank you! I know this takes time and effort and at times some of our questions can be very stressful.
I apologize if my comment is stupid in advance...

I love the ROM, specially since Im coming from stock. The only 2 things.... Apps wont install from the cloud (play store online when you select install from there) and secondly the notifications are not always instant ( like gmail I gotta manually refresh, fb messenger and a few others) mind you this could be the apps problem and not the ROM at all..

But still love it!

for those looking to increase their volume, here is the file to swap out..

go to system/etc, and replace your existing file with this one..change permissions on it to rw-r-r, reboot, and instant loudness!!

the name of the file is default_gain.config

I had to zip the file to upload it, so just unzip it first, then put it in /system/etc

That worked, Cpu 2 wasn't engaging, ,so your right, went into maps with gps on ,scrolled around in maps and cp2 kicked on..Some reason I don't remember cpu 2 kicking on last like that. I thought it was cp4, with a little less load. I wonder if the new change in this kernel is this? Who knows... :thumbup:

He's just messing around, ,wase4711 is cool... If that default gain configuration dosent work for some parts I can modify certain sections to increase volumes, ,like headphones, loud speaker, incall, we had a thread in theme's section, but probably got buried

may i know where in the zip files languages are stored? maybe i could pull Japanese off 4.6 zip and put it into the new one

Do you have any ads blocking software running? That might be one reason you don't get notifications or late notification.
