I have cherry magnum HD but when i try to update OTA via OTA updater. It says

" The Rom Developers has not enabled support for the OTA Updater! Please ask them (Kindly) to add support before using this app!
(otaupdater.otaid value empty or missing)

please help..

You using any custom rom?
You can't take official OTAs once you're on another ROM. that's why it's been disabled by the dev.
You should go back to complete stock if you want official OTA updates.

OTA Updater is an app that indexes roms. If yiyr rom creator has not added their rom to the OTA Updater rom index, it will not work.
