I have tried myeuphoria ICS MIUI and found some bugs. Before going for this rom, I need help from fellow members who is using this ROM.
I find that i lockscreen and few functions of miui themes now working. Please can somebody confirm about the working status miui themes.
On ICS MIUI ROM, I can see that ROM crashes frequently (Few apps), is there any issues with this ROM.
Also i want to know about the battery life and best kernel for this ROM.

Lockscreen and bootlogo themes are 100% working.
The rest are almost working, but can cause some damage to your phone.

I have done a full wipe and the issue of staying above 800mhz seems to be gone. it does seem to be spending alot of time in higher freqs but that could be initial syncing and such still going on....will monitor.

something i never encountered before. When i use the reboot option i do not get prompted to unlock my sim. I think the reboot option is broken. It seems to only do a soft reboot. Meaning it just goes to boot animation. No kernel screen or anything....

This rom has network error. randomly network servis is gone and never come back. Only shutdown and start again is fixing. İt is very bad issue..

Themes are not working properly, i can see fonts and status bar is not working on most of themes. however its a great rom. I can see better UI experience than previous ICS rom.
Can you elaborate what can cause damage

It means that it will not damages, it will change but some problems not damages. The themes is not yet 100% compatible with ICS, remember the theme that you are using is designed for GB not for ICS.

Yes I know, I agree with you. What I would say it that the result is not properly at all, mainly with status bar.

Any idea for having a FIXED background in this new base ?

Maybe if someone will designed a theme that is for V4 only, for now, what I think are working well would be, wallpaper, lock-screen, icons, some are not really 100% working although we can see the changes but we cannot see if their are negative effect with other application... I know some other guys now working on themes with GB are now converting their themes with V4.

I am not able to send files to any other phone via bluetooth.

The connections asks to pair the device however after pairing there File transfer failure.

Anybody else experiencing the same?

Any fixes please. :)

this rom for me is stable enough for daily use. i love the rom but my problem is that a lot of the contact names does not show in the sms, only numbers show up. is there a fix for this? thanks

    ASNET MIUI V4 Installation Instructions

    Upgrading from Samsung Galaxy S (stock ROM)
    • Root your device and install ClockworkMod Recovery or Using ODIN flash CF-Root or SpeedMod Kernel
    • Reboot into Recovery using 3-button-combo (VolumeUp+Home+Power)
    • Do a Nandroid Backup or your choice backup application (optional)
    • WIPE (wipe data/factory reset + wipe cache partition)
    • Install the ROM from internal sdcard
    • It will restart and continue looping – remove battery and:
    1. go back to recovery
    2. Install the ROM from internal sdcard
    • Install Desired kernel (optional• I suggest stick to stock kernel)
    • Done/reboot

    Upgrading from Gingerbread, CM7, MIUI GB, or any GB Custom ROM
    • Reboot into Recovery using 3-button-combo (VolumeUp+Home+Power)
    • Do a Nandroid Backup or your choice backup application (optional)
    • WIPE (wipe data/factory reset + wipe cache partition)

    Recommendation:
    • For Music player: PowerAmp, TTPod & Astro Player Nova works perfectly other cannot recognized /mnt/emmc (external sd)

    4.0.4 Base for i9000

    unfortunately after a day of using and testing, i can not recommend it for daily used, I used it for so many calls/text/internet/BT/media - RIL was lost at once and needed to restart the phone and it work again, so need more modification and testing... if everything are going to be stable, I will released it for all of you...
