[CM11] Can't. Disable Receivers

Hi im on cm11 and today i try to disable receivers of some apps that uses much ram. I try with couple of differents apps but they don't see any app with receivers. Is this a kitkat problem of is my problem?

Normally in android 4.3 i used ROM Toolbox and works fine but today it didnt show nothing then i try with some others apps in the store like autorun manager and autostart disabler free but the same as rom toolbox...
