stuck in clockwork recovery

Hi guys, i have problem with my n8000, im stuck in recovery mode without any rom in my sd card, usb connect doesnt work on any computer, is there any solution how can i put any rom to my sdcar or is possible to flash it from ext sdcard? sorry for my english and thx for answers

update: usb debuging doesnt work

is my device bricked ?

What were you doing prior to it happening? Flash anything?

i have tried to flash a new rom but zip file is corrupted..

but good news! usb now works!

solution? buy a new cable...

damn, when i trying connect note to pc in recovery mode my pc recognize samsung adb interface, but odin dont show device in id:com column

please help :/
