Still waiting...

I bought my phone unlocked on ebay, now I outside the US territory, I use my phone with the carrier of these country, with all that services, but nothing of the OTA update..

You are the experts, you know!

My phone characteristis are:
Android 2.3.3
HTC Sense 2.1
Base Band:
Originaly its come with these: 20.2808.30.085AU_3805.06.03.03_M
But I channged for these one: 20.2808.30.085AU_3805.09.03.27_M

Kernel: 2.6.35.9-g0b44b72
compilation: 2.30.405.1 CL88716
software:2.30.405.1
CID: BM_001

How do you see I rooted the phone to get a best experiencie....

You have S-OFF and a custom recovery, so you can simply flash the pre-rooted, stock 4.10.405.1 ICS ROM based off of the official RUU. Even if you did get the OTA notification, you would not be able to run it in your current state since you do not have the stock HBOOT and stock recovery installed.

The upgrade from Rvolutionary to BlackRose is fairly painless. You shouldn't have any issues.
