Which isn't always a bad thing as long as u get just as good or better condition lol....

Yup, Sprint support online gave me the numbers to dial to reprogram some of the info. But it apparently needs pretty much all of it programmed in for it to activate. Because even with my number, MSN and ESN (IIRC) reprogrammed, with all the rest still zeroed out it simply would not activate. And both their phone support and the repair facility told me they had no way of reprogramming the rest. Believe me, I asked them numerous times because it didn't make sense to me either. But that's what I was told.
*shrugs* Again, don't know what else to tell ya expect what I have experienced and been told. And BTW, I got a brand new replacement.
