No clear all button for USA .726?

I thought with the 726 update they added the clear all button but they didn't ?. Notification sounds are louder though.

Could someone please provide stock systemUI.apk for .726 and arm folder?
I tried to put a mod for close all button, and now systemUI does not load.

Copy to SD card, and install via recovery.
