I followed the instructions properly and everything seemed to work fine (well except booting into recovery via **-Key sequence). But when I boot into CWM recovery, it shows a lot of messages that it couldn't mount several directories (i.e. "can't mount /sdcard"). Other posts in this thread regarding a similar problem either were not answered or could be resolved by installing a newer version of the nothrills recovery image. This won't work in my case as there seems to be no newer image version than 6.0.1.9.

After that I tried to return to the stock recovery by flashing the img that is provided here in the first post. Now booting into recovery gets stuck showing the message 'Entering recovery kernel image'. Fortunately I can still reboot and my tablet still works fine. But there is now way for a factory reset or an update now... :-/

After typing adb reboot-bootloader, paste fastboot oem unlock and hit enter. Do the second command quickly (instant) after the tabs screen shut off !

solved - i have put a510 in fastboot mode by command adb reboot-bootloader, reboot my Windows 8 in mode troubleshot for install drivers without signature, install manually fastboot drivers usb found in internet.

I keep having the same issue. I tried Apoos instructions precisely, but every time the CWM-based Menu comes up, I get several "can't mount" messages. When I use the menu to navigate to the sdcard, I also get "can't mount /sdcard/". Unfortunately I couldn't find any answer in this and a whole bunch of other forums.

@tubsi85: Have you found a solution in the meantime?

Any one else here? I'm sorry, I'm a total noob concerning A510 and rooting android in general. So any help is greatly appreciated!
