HTC Kaiser ROM update faild

Hi. I have HTC Kaiser. I tried to update it's ROM from WM 6.1 to 6.5. But it seems I used wrong file. Updating ROM just went in a sec and after that my HTC doesn't start. After pushing power button just first screen comes (in the bottom right corner with some code like R.B.G) and that's it.
Please anyone who had met with this kind of situation, help me.

try reinstalling. from what you are saying, I think that there is no OS in it. also check if your SPL is recent

but did you install the ROM or not? do you mean in bootloader mode?
