it has vodafone stuff

how to root

have installed a kernel with cwm or twrp

instal rom without kernel

boot phone in recovery mode and install super su

hard reset your phone keep vol up and power pressed toghether until phone powers off

install only kernel from ftf and done

Can we lock bootloader after that and keep root?

I remember there was a method like this to root Xperia Neo V.

But, has anyone tried to boot the Xperia T updated to 4.3 with the old 4.1 kernel?
It works?
