Confused while installing CM

I have a Sensation XL
JuopunutBear S-OFF installed , HBOOT , CWM 6.0.2.7

I followed every single step of every instruction you can find, most of the time I encounter the 'assert failed: getprop("ro.product.device")=="pyarmid"' problem and even when I don't and it says that the ROM is installed completely the only thing that is happened is my phone being factory reset.

I don't know what to do

I tried CM10.1 AOSP 4.2.1 Jellybean and Codename Lungo (13 Feb).

What should I do? What am I doing wrong. am I?
